Dear Mr Howard,

I’ll start by saying I have for the majority of my adult life been both a labour voter and proudly union. But rather than necessarily subscribe to one side or the others opinions i have wanted to gather the facts and information so that i am able to make an informed and educated decision on what it means for me in what could be the biggest change to the workplace in my lifetime.

I have for the last few weeks been gathering the information from a variety of sources including the media and the union movement but despite the copious media advertisements and the work choices website I’m having trouble getting more information. Almost as soon as the website was announced i visted to sign up to get the information booklet sent to me and again at the start of this week I have signed up again to get the booklet sent but I am yet to receive either in the mail. This is aggrevating in the extreme as I want the information but it seems the mechanism is not there to be able to deliver the information to me despite repeated attempts.

I therefore request Mr Prime Minister that you take some steps to retify the bottleneck that is preventing the flow of what can be described as very important information and allow me and I am sure many others to make our decisions accordingly
