I wrote this entry in Open Office Writer since i couldn’t at the time post it.

I’m feeling a little sense of panic setting it. You see the internet seems to be vanishing. First i couldn’t reach my server on which My blog resides and then other things have started being inaccessible one by one as my world wide web contracts to nothingness. At this stage all i can access is my ISP’s website and strangely Wikipedia. If this goes on eventually the whole internet will have vanished and it will be all my fault. People will ring me telling me its all my fault, or at least they would, if only they could access the internet to find my contact details on my website.

All this loss of the internet raises a larger question in my mind if i can’t access things online, what did I do before the internet? Is there infact a world out there? I am sure I read books before but how do i find a good one without the net to tell me if its good before hand? I could watch tv but the internet tells me whats on tv, what I like and don’t like thanks to a customised daily tv guide that tells me when the shows i like are on. If i just turned the tv on, would I be able to find what i like?

Its a scary world out there in real life. I’m not sure if i am ready for it.
