I’ve been somewhat distracted since i got home and am only now getting to update thanks to other things to occupy me. Its a shock I know for those that think I am a compulsive poster. It started when i got home and discoverd the next episode of a favourite show i have been waiting to see and now i’ve got Sin City on dvd to watch.

Most of my day at work was lost conducting training although upon reflection training someone is never a loss i guess, develoipment of staff is always of value. Its just that it means now that i am a day behind on my work and still the rest of my weeks work to get done and a day less to get it done.
