1. What did you do in 2005 that you hadn’t done before?
2005 was a quiet year for me, more focused on work at the expense of the rest of my life

No, but I developed a gut which has shrunk away once again

No, but there were some people who at times I could visualise the target on them and …
4. Did you travel? Where did you go? Best holiday memory?
I had a couple of weeks off but didn’t do much. Just lazed around and didn’t do much unfortuately. I thought about a few different holiday destinations but never quite settled on a place
5. Best thing you bought?
My Ipod. Its great to have music on the go
6. Where did most of your money go?
Crap and on interest payments of credit card payments
7. What do you wish you had done more of?
Sex, drugs and rock & roll. Just the usual basically
8. What do you wish you had done less of?
Work and the stresses that it brings.
9. What kept you sane?
Blogging, friends

Blogging, friends, work
11. What made you celebrate?
Friendships

7th July 2005, London Bombing
13. How was your birthday this year?
Ordinary. I celebrate neither christmas or birthdays so it just slipped by
14. What political issue stirred you the most this year?
The changes to the Australian Industrial Relations legislation which is trying to fundermentally erode all the good things that have been achieved for workers rights and entitlements
15. Were you in love in 2005?
Yes, and a couple of crushes.
16. What would you like to have in 2006 that you didn’t have this year?
Travel. An intimate long term relationship
17. What date from 2005 will be etched in your memory and why?
7th July 2005. The horror of the London Bombing and the unhumanity of one man towards another.

19. Compared to this time last year are you happier?
About the same
20. Biggest achievement this year?
Making many friends and loosing none.
21. Biggest disappointment this year?
In the early part of the year work got very bad and I got very stressed. I said some things that needed to be said. The disappointment that the truth can be held against you while not a surprise never the less a disappointment
22. What is the one thing that would have made you more satisfied?
Can’t pick from sex, drugs and rock & roll
23. Best new person you met this year?
I made some good friends and consolidated other friendships to make them stronger. To pick one person from those special people just isn’t possible
24. A valuable life lesson you learnt this year?
The best day is the next day.
