Turning on the tv a while back I had the greatest misfortune to see some made for tv christmas movie. I’m not sure what but 10 seconds was beyond the recommended annual dose of such movies. Based on this fact i decided that i needed to do my all time top 5 movies/tv shows set at christmas.

4 Love Actually
3 Die Hard
2 Lethal Weapon
1 The Goodies christmas episode where the world gets blown up
Kind of destructive I know but hey thats just me at christmas i guess!

Dude……..seriously……SBS is showing Santa Claus Conquers The Martians at about 1:00pm on Christmas Day. It’s the greatest Christmas movie ever made, and your life is sadly lacking if you haven’t seen it.
It’s not quite as good as that Goodies episode, though…..
