At present working on the laptop is next to impossible, thanks to Grissom (my dog). It seems that there must be a fly in my room again because earlier he was jumping about the way he does when there is a fly around and from past experience he looks left when he should look right, up when he should look down and generally has no idea. After a while it always gets to him and he gets very disconcerted.
Right now said disconcerted dog is firmly wedged under my feet. It appears that the fly has got the best of him and he has instead done the bolt to hide from it, under my leg. If i get up to try and move around he doesn’t want to just stay with me, he wants to stay in physical contact with me. Sounds cute until you have had a 20kg dog literally wanting to be right next to you.
I might have the most hansome dog that was on offer at the pound, but he really lucked out on intellegence!

Chicky - he is what is known as tri-colour in the dog world which means he is black, white and brown in roughly equal quantity quantities. I’m actually not sure why they bother calling it tri colour since dogs don’t care about colour since they are colourblind.
Actually now that i think about it, don’t the french call their flag the tricolour ? I don’t mean that my dog is suited to being run up the flag pole in lieu of the french flag either!.
