I’ve been spending a lot of my time in front of the tv lately watching the sports of the Commonwealth Games including sports like bowls and diving that don’t usually get my attention and basketball which just isn’t on tv here normally. I’ve sat on the edge of my seat watching some tight contest and its been great to watch. There has just been one part of it all that has pissed me off and caused me to be yelling abuse at the tv. The abuse is soley directed at the person who decides what will be on tv at what time.
An example of the frustration could be where Australia is playing a tight game of basketball with the lead see-sawing between them and New Zealand for the gold medal. Rather than stay with the game where most viewers interest would lie, they instead cross to the athletics, not for a race but for a medal presentation to Kenya. Important for Kenya but for the telecast going out to Australia, not the most relevant. And i yell.
Its really a relief that the games end tomorrow and that i will no longer be forced to yell at the tv … for this anyway.

Chicky, at those kind of times they deserve yelling at, especially since it usually happens when you least have the time for it to happen
