I was just looking again at the photo i posted today to my photoblog. Its grey and desolate and unlike some of the photos i have taken in the past, it has captured what was the mood and the weather of the moment.

I remember the day that i took the photo too. It was cold and unpleasant that day with a cold wind that just cuts right through you and so I didn’t want to get out of the car to take the picture and so i just wound down the window to take the shot. Didn’t even undo or loosen my seat belt

Now on reflection it did cross my mind just to take the photo with the window wound up but it was up a 4wd track to get there and I went through some big muddy puddles so the mud was up the side of the car. I wonder what it would have looked like then?
