I’ve just been looking at Manager Assistant. Its a management tool designed to enhance productivity and simplify workforce management. What got my attention in particular is that as part of my job at work i am going to be doing Employee Appraisals and Reviews, a new and different experience for me new to management. This program not only co-ordinates those but integrates it into the rest of the management function also, a most impressive task.
