Ok so i suppose i should have guessed the PPP logo would appear somewhere on the payperpostbignews announcement and here it is. So i am guessing it belongs somewhere up the top of the puzzle in say 4 from the left in the top row. Yesah. Now if i had of been doing the puzzle then i would have gone a step further and mixed up the numbers so that 4 would have been anything but fourth but then i suppose it could be argued that i might actually be being difficult. *Gasp* I know its hard to believe but its true. So anyway, here is the fourth piece of the puzzle:
