God what a long day it seemed today. It just went on and on without end and i was completely unmotivated. Ironically i spent some time this afternoon in my managers office discussing one of my staff who has been … unmotivated. Go figure how that happened! So i will be taking that meeting tomorrow with her, i’m thinking of doing it off site and accross the road in the coffee shop. Only thing for it really.
