At work i have at times watched the efforts of the peopel responsible for maintaining and controlling the content of my employers web presence. Sometimes their efforts seem a bit like trying to turn back the tide and i have been left wondering how do you maintain disclosure compliance when there is a legislative requirement?
I have just been looking at Q4 web systems who develop and maintain content management, disclosure automation and compliance solutions. By doing so companies can more easily and efficiently streamline their disclosure and regulatory compliance and by doing so, increase transparency through their corporate website and reduce the risks associated with creating and maintaining electronic methods of communication.
