There will come a point sometime in the next couple of episodes where you’ll be hooked and you’ll want to watch the rest of the episodes all in one sitting. :)

I was a bit unsure for the first few episodes myself. :)

“Now that i think about it, there doesn’t really seem to be any normal characters, they are all a little … odd.”

I’ve been thinking about adding Dexter to my Tivo list now that it’s coming to regular TV.

The idea that there are no normal characters are intriguing. It seems most shows have a bunch of normal characters and a few odd ones. In the real world though most people I meet are odd or damaged in some way. Sure they live “normal” lives with mundane jobs, but I don’t think I’ve ever met someone I could consider actually normal.

Similar story here: heard good things about it, gave it a go, but it just didn’t grab me enough to keep my attention.

I was the same with the first couple of episodes, then I was totally hooked on it! Give it a bit more of a go - it will suck you in!

Well, if you’re not feeling it by the end of Episode 8, it may never come to you. :) 8 was a biggie.
