Well i spent a long time agonizing over the decision about whether to apply for the job or not. In the end i decided that this time i will not be applying.

I spent some time weighing up what i wanted to do this year. I want to do that qualification this year through work and get the piece of paper a lot of people consider important. I tried part time study in my own time and it didn’t work for me so this is the way to do it. But the biggest deciding factor in not applying was simple. I want a holiday. If i got the job and started fresh then i would be paid out all my leave and have to start fresh. I would have to wait no doubt for that holiday. Hell i still do have to wait but when i do go then i will be able to take 6 months on full pay

So decision made. Hopefully now i can sleep!
