I was just thinking that I need to do some stuff at work with my manager hat on and do some performance management. It is something that I am not particularly good at but sadly being in a management position means that you do need to do. So I was looking around the internet and myself looking at the Phophix cpm software which allows performance management to be managed easier. It is something that I would like to look at and experiment with. Better talk to the boss.
