My father recently had Lasik laser eye surgery and describes it as the best thing that he has ever done having gone from not being able to see clearly much past his nose to being totally free of glasses save for needing reading glasses if he reads for too long. Now he is just looking forward to his next tropical holiday so he can use it for what he got it done for, to be able to see which palm tree he left his towel on at the beach!
