This is a challenge as I have been asked for my opinion on pool cues, something that I am far from an expert on.
A bit of background, I have never been good at pool or snooker although it could also be argued that timing has something to do with it. I always mentally tried keeping the game as a matter of physics and mathematics. Angle on to the cushions or another ball leads to this result. Just talking about it makes the whole thing seem boring now but that is how I treated anyway. Given the fact that I was playing in bars and clubs after more than a couple of drinks and the results are best described as poor. Yes dodgy worn tables, cheap cues and patches on the table soaked by beer also do not help any.
I would like to give it a go sober and with proper equipment one day. A firm (and dry table), decent quality pool cues and a little time to practice may produce far better results! Fingers crossed!
