This shot is from out of the Hobart area and is of Russell Falls at the Mt Field National Park. I liked the way all the plants formed a screen over the upper parts of the falls.

A couple of days ago i mentioned how delightful the sunsets had been this week with clear sky and smoke in the air. Today’s (above) was even better in my own humble opinion and had i worked back later then i would have missed the whole glorious event.

I’m told that the reason for the sunsets is that the Forestry Commission is conducting Hazard reduction burns now that summer is over hence the smoke in the air and the incredibly vivid sunsets.
